This policy explains what information sawiqli.com collects, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. It covers this website. When a business uses SAWIQLI Relay with its own customers, how that information is handled is set out in our agreement with that business.
1. Who we are
SAWIQLI (“we”, “us”) runs sawiqli.com and is responsible for the personal information collected through it. To contact us about your information, use the form on our homepage and choose “Something else” as the reason.
2. What we collect
When you request a pilot
Your name, business name, email address, phone number and its country, the reason you chose and anything you write in the form.
If you reached our site through a link that carries campaign tags (such as utm_source) or an ad click identifier, or from another website, we save those tags and the other website’s name together with your request, so we know how you found us. This is read from the page address when you send the form. It is not stored on your device.
Demo Lab
The chat preview on our homepage runs as a simulation in your browser. Nothing you type there is sent to us.
The phone call preview is a real call with our AI receptionist, made from your browser with your microphone, for up to 2 minutes. Our voice provider, Retell AI, processes the call and keeps a recording and a transcript of it. Appointments go into a test calendar on our own server, so no real appointment is made, and the name, email address, phone number and date of birth you give to book one are deleted within 7 days. Please do not share health or other sensitive details in the demo.
Technical information
Like any website, our hosting provider records technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the time, to deliver and protect the site. We use your IP address to limit how often our forms can be used, and keep only a scrambled (hashed) version of it for at most three days. We also use your approximate country, worked out from your connection, to preselect your phone country code. That country is not stored.

We may use the tools below to understand how the site is used and to measure our ads. They stay switched off until you accept them in the cookie banner, and if the banner does not appear, they are not in use. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of our homepage. Turning a tool off removes its cookies.

4. How we use your information
- To reply to your request, arrange a pilot and keep a record of our conversations with you.
- To learn which channels bring us enquiries.
- To keep the site secure and stop misuse of our forms.
- With your consent, to measure how the site is used and how our ads perform.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.
5. Why we are allowed to use it
Depending on the law that applies to you, we rely on your request (to reply to you and arrange a pilot), our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business, and your consent for optional cookies, which you can withdraw at any time.
6. Who we share it with
- Our hosting provider, GoDaddy, which stores the site and your requests and runs Cloudflare’s network in front of it.
- The members of our team who handle pilot requests.
- The email service we use to reply to you.
- If you use the demo call: Retell AI, our voice provider.
- Google and Meta, only if you accept their cookies.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
7. Information processed in other countries
Our providers may process information in other countries, including the United States. When that happens, we rely on their contractual and security commitments to protect it.
8. How long we keep it
- Pilot requests: while we are in contact with you about a pilot or our services, and then for up to 2 years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Records used to limit how often our forms can be used: up to 3 days.
- Demo call recordings and transcripts: in our voice provider’s account until we delete them. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
- Test calendar bookings made during a demo call: up to 7 days.
- Cookies: as listed in section 3.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy of it, object to or limit how we use it, and withdraw your consent. Use the form on our homepage and choose “Something else” as the reason. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
10. How we protect it
The site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS) with strict browser security settings. Pilot requests are stored in a private area of our server that cannot be opened from the web, and only our team can reach them. No website can be completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
11. Children
This site is meant for businesses and is not aimed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their information.
12. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
